EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY


STRICTLY NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED ON B&C WEBSITE


Product(s) can be exchanged, provided that the product(s) is in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.

Original product is required.

If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount for exchange purposes will be based on the net amount that you have paid. Delivery charges that were paid during the initial order is not eligible for any refund

B&C reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.


PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT PANTIES, GIRDLE AND MATCHING PANTY BRA SET ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE FOR HYGIENIC REASONS



OPTION 1: EXCHANGE AT PHYSICAL STORES  – ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY

The easiest way to exchange your item(s) purchased online is by dropping it off at any of our outlets stated on our landing page. View the locations HERE (CHANGE LINK CURRENT)

a. You may exchange your item(s) at a physical store, depending on item availability. No refund is allowed.

b. If the price of exchanged item is lower, the difference will not be refunded.

c. Kindly bring along your official tax invoice during your visit for a faster and smoother exchange process.


Please follow the steps below for your returns:


Fill out the Exchange Form

Go to return form to register your return.

Enter your information: Name, Email, Mobile Number, Order Number. Click Submit.

To speed up the exchange process, you can also exchange your item(s) at our physical stores


OPTION 2: RETURN VIA POST - ONLINE PURCHASE ONLY

Monday to Friday - 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Closed on Public Holidays)

Expect delay in replies for inquiries made during non-operating days.


Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your exchange to be processed after we received the item(s). Exchange will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item(s) met the Return Policy requirements above.

Please be informed that our customer care center will contact you further for additional information. exchange might take longer than 14 business days if there is a delayed in reply.



IMPORTANT:

For items purchased online, it is compulsory to attach and submit the Return Form in any of the above return methods.
